‘Avengers: Endgame’ is headed back to theaters as early as next week!

Apparently Avengers: Endgame is not only the highest grossing superhero film of all time, it’s also the longest!

According to ComicBook.com, while attending the Spider-Man: Far From Home press junket in London, ComicBook.com's Brandon Davis spoke exclusively with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige, who confirmed that Avengers: Endgame was heading back to the big screen for a theatrical re-release. Not only that, but this version of the film will arrive with extra scenes that weren't included in the first theatrical release.

Here’s what Kevin had to say:

"We are doing that,of an Endgame re-release with new footage. "I don't know if it's been announced. And I don't know how much... Yeah, we're doing it next weekend."

There you have it folks. Straight from the horses mouth. Avengers: Endgame is coming back to a big screen near you with new all new footage! That would put the current running time well over 3 hours and 58 second.

We here at CritiX were content with the Russo Brother‘s finished product, but one can not help to wonder how much more epic could this film possibly get?

Also by returning to the theaters, this will give Avenger: Endgame the opportunity to dethrone James Cameron’s ‘Avatar’. Whereas Endgame currently sits at $2.743 billion only a few duckets shy of ‘Avatars’ $2.788 billion!

How could they not take the crown after this news?

Will you be checking out the new version of Avengers: Endgame next week!?
