The CBS Cancelled "All Rise' Has Started Production On Season 3 For OWN Network!



Back in May of 2021 the legal drama "All Rise" was cancelled by CBS. But it only took 3 months to find a new home, moving from CBS to OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network.


Simone Missick, star of All Rise, took to Instagram to update fans on the status of the new season stating that the show is slated to air spring 2022, and the theme is ‘new beginnings.’ Missick will returns for a 20-episode third season. See her message to her fans below.


Changes to the series include Marg Helgenberger, who in the summer of 2021 was cast in NBC's drama pilot Getaway. unfortunately, the pilot prevented her from returning full time, but word is the door is open to Helgenberger and any other All Rise alums to return to the new season subject to availability of course. The bulk of the series’ cast, including Missick, Wilson Bethel, Jessica Camacho, J. Alex Brinson, Ruthie Ann Miles, Lindsay Mendez and Lindsey Gort, are set to return.


Dee Harris-Lawrence, who is also executive producer/showrunner on OWN/WBTV’s acclaimed series David Makes Man, is set to return as executive producer/showrunner of All Rise‘s third season.
