Earlier Marvel Studios' officially announced that the Scarlett Johansson-starrer ‘Black Widow’ will hit theatres in India on April 30, a day before its 2020 US release, but now there has been an alleged leak.
According to social media posts, the much-hyped about cameo featuring Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, has been doing the rounds online. The set of photos features the actor at an airport, making his way out of a private jet.
‘Black Widow’ is the first Marvel film to release after the cataclysmic release of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and will be set up for a wide and multi-lingual release in India. Directed by Australian filmmaker Cate Shortland, the film has been set after the events of ‘Captain America: Civil War’ but before the events of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’.
Since the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ where Iron Man dies trying to save the universe from the man Titan Thanos, his appearance in this film is eagerly anticipated. As Scarlett’s character, of the Russian assassin, turned Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D and Avenger, also laid down her life in a heroic sacrifice, it remains to be seen if the team will find a way to possibly resurrect the much-loved character for possible future projects.
It will reportedly trace the story of Natasha Romanoff, who will confront her past and face off against some of her nemeses. It has also been said that ‘Black Widow’ will help us understand why Natasha made her sacrificial decision in Avengers: Endgame!
The official release of the Black Widow trailer has said to be coming December 3rd. Where the the film has been slated to release April 30th 2020 in India and May 1st 2020 in the US!
