Rosario Dawson said to be casted as live-action Ahsoka Tano in ‘The Mandalorian season 2’!

It’s been reported by Slashfilm that actress Rosario Dawson [Daredevil, Rent, Clerks II] has been cast as a live-action Star Wars Clone Wars character Ahsoka Tano in the upcoming second season of the live-action Disney+ series The Mandalorian.

Slashfilm claims it has verified this report with two separate sources.

The link between this character and Dawson, come from her voice casting for Ahsoka Tano in the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars theatrical movie which went on to become a regular character in The Clone Wars TV series. She also had a recurring role on Star Wars Rebels and since then has become a fan-favfavorite in the Star Wars universe today.

Nothing has yet been confirmed by Lucasfilms, The Mandalorian producer Dave Filoni, or Rosario Dawson’s representatives.

The Mandalorian is set to return for its second season in October exclusively on Disney+.
