[TRAILER]: 'NIGHT PATROL' Brings a Brutal New Vision of Horror to the Streets of L.A.

A brand-new urban nightmare is ready to hit the streets. Today, the official trailer for Night Patrol dropped, delivering a tense, violent blend of supernatural terror, street-level grit, and social paranoia that positions this film as one of the most unexpected horror releases of the year.

Directed by Ryan Prows (Lowlife) and written by Prows along with Shaye Ogbonna, Tim Cairo, and Jake Gibson, Night Patrol brings together an eclectic, powerhouse cast: Jermaine Fowler, Justin Long, RJ Cyler, Freddie Gibbs, CM Punk, YG, Flying Lotus, Dermot Mulroney, Jon Oswald, and Nicki Micheaux. Yes, you read that lineup correctly. This one is stacked.

Watch the Trailer Below

Night Patrol follows an LAPD officer who is forced to confront the very streets he grew up in when he uncovers a chilling conspiracy within a local police task force. What begins as a routine conflict between cops and neighborhood gangs spirals into the revelation of a horrifying secret, one that threatens everyone living in the housing projects he once called home.

The trailer teases a mix of hard-edged social commentary, relentless tension, and a supernatural twist lurking just beneath the surface. Think neo-noir meets hood thriller meets creature-feature vibes… with a heavy pulse of panic thrumming underneath. The world feels lived-in. The danger feels real. And the stakes? Unmistakably deadly.

A Bold, Gritty Cast Led by Rising and Veteran Voices

From Jermaine Fowler stepping into a darker dramatic lane, to RJ Cyler bringing his signature edge, to Justin Long continuing his recent streak of genre-heavy roles, this ensemble is built for chaos. Add in musicians-turned-actors like Freddie Gibbs, YG, and even CM Punk, and Night Patrol shapes up to be a uniquely textured horror experience with serious attitude.

With Flying Lotus attached, known for his surreal and unsettling artistic style, horror fans should expect a film unafraid to get weird, abrasive, and visually striking.

Night Patrol hits theaters on November 15, 2024.
