Prime Video is officially turning the page on its next chapter of crime and consequence. Today, the streamer unveiled striking first look images from Season Two of Cross, offering fans an early glimpse at the escalating danger and psychological tension set to define the series’ return. The new season premieres Wednesday, February 11, 2026 on Prime Video, launching in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Led once again by Aldis Hodge, who also serves as executive producer, Cross continues to build its reputation as a smart, pulse-pounding crime thriller rooted in character and consequence. Created by showrunner Ben Watkins, the series is based on the iconic characters from James Patterson’s best-selling Alex Cross novels and follows a brilliant homicide detective and forensic psychologist uniquely skilled at stepping inside the minds of killers.
Season Two raises the stakes dramatically. This time, Alex Cross finds himself tracking a ruthless vigilante targeting corrupt billionaire magnates, a case that pulls him deeper into moral gray zones where justice, power, and obsession collide. The story promises to expand the show’s psychological scope while sharpening its critique of wealth, corruption, and the systems that protect them.
The upcoming season also introduces major new faces to the Cross universe, including Matthew Lillard, Jeanine Mason, and Wes Chatham. They join returning cast members Isaiah Mustafa, Alona Tal, Samantha Walkes, Juanita Jennings, Caleb Elijah, Melody Hurd, and Johnny Ray Gill, further deepening the ensemble as the narrative grows more dangerous and complex.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios in association with Paramount Television Studios, Cross Season Two will debut with a three-episode premiere, followed by weekly releases leading up to the season finale on March 18, 2026. With its first look images now out in the wild, the countdown to Alex Cross’ next psychological battleground has officially begun.
